Job Brief

Our client is providing various services ranging from waste management to solving complex environmental problems. We are looking to modernize their core business platform and help them develop new capabilities as they undergo digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Altezza Creative Solutions global team to manage large-scale services – planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a client management plan
  • Translate customer business goals and industry trends into new business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders within the organization to ensure greater collaboration across organizations
  • Advocate for the best team and the best environment to complete each project
  • Track engagement and project performance according to account metrics
  • Manage contract execution and compliance and be responsible for revenue, margin, billing, and profit.

Required skills and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, sales, account/involvement management, customer service, program and project management
  • Excellent understanding of the environment: key players, strategies, business models, needs, challenges, and trends
  • Experience and ability to communicate with all levels of management, from C-level executives to product managers and IT professionals.
  • Experience working on digital transformation, cloud migration (Azure preferred), and change management projects
  • Possess a demonstrable strategic, creative, and analytical approach to sales, focusing on establishing and developing customer relationships.
  • A team player with high self-organization and self-motivation
  • Must have a good understanding of software and data systems that are widely used in the industry
  • Experience working with multinational distributed teams
  • Understanding of modern IT technologies and tools
