Altezza Creative Solutions is seeking an Activation & Enablement Manager to join our Marketing Team. As an Activation & Enablement Manager, you will be a critical team member for not only helping our sellers achieve sales goals but helping our global team drive greater returns on marketing investments. - Work with local sellers to identify campaign prospects and build target lists.
- Work with Marketing Manager to build out demand gen campaigns in our sales activation platform, ensuring accurate connections and reporting in Salesforce.
- Own campaign deployment out of our sales activation platform (Outreach), maintaining several active campaigns at any given time.
- Execute initial sales pursuit activities to “warm up” leads and qualify readiness to buy/meet with sales teams (i.e., initial follow-up emails, phone calls asking qualifying questions).
- Connect regularly and builds relationships with sellers across our business
- Work with Sr. Marketing Director to appropriately action campaign responses and route warm leads for nurturing and sales pursuits.
- Work with sellers to ensure proper tagging of emails, meetings, and opportunities.
- Take initiative to research prospective accounts and targets, utilizing Account-Based Marketing tactics.
- Work closely with our Global Enablement team to support sellers’ sales pursuits and help move opportunities to close.
Required skills and experience
- 5+ years experience in sales prospecting and email marketing execution.
- A learner’s mindset with a genuine desire to learn the details of our business.
- A natural ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collect insights from data.
- Ability to work with virtual teams.
- Experience with account-based marketing preferred.
- Experience with sales platforms like Outreach, ZoomInfo preferred.
