Job Brief

In this role, a Talent Acquisition Director will work in a people-based culture. As a Talent Acquisition Director, you will be a critical team member for achieving hiring goals and shaping the future of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Altezza Creative Solutions General Managers
  • Execute, evangelize and iterate on the Altezza Creative Solutions approach for identifying and hiring top performers.
  • Oversees recruiting for one or more focus areas within Altezza Creative Solutions
  • Own relationship with focus area General Manager (team – talent acquisition wide forecasting, planning, escalation).
  • Owns recruiting operations for talent acquisition team (time to fill, cost per hire).
  • Close and hire executive leaders to the Altezza Creative Solutions team across all focus areas.
  • Source and maintain a pipeline of executive leader candidates.
  • Meet with executive leader candidates to qualify them to enter the interview process.
  • Schedule and facilitate interview process for executive leader candidates.
  • Deliver world-class candidate experience.
  • Network, build relationships, and sell the Altezza Creative Solutions brand within the community.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential executive leader candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Oversee special projects, events, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Member of Altezza Creative Solutions extended leadership team.
  • Responsible for strategy and scaling of Altezza Creative Solutions recruiting team.

Required skills and experience

  • 6+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience working with C-level executives.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team of recruiters.
  • Designed strategy for talent acquisition within an organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience operating in a metric-driven, production environment.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and driver to get things done –  team player personality.
  • Ability to creatively attract top performers in the industry.
  • Experience in meeting with and recruiting executive technology leaders.
